I’ve heard the state will pay a portion of insurance if enrolled! Looking for a great health insurance for employees of a small business.Help

I just became self employed this year. I saw Florida has open enrollment for the month of August (which is almost over) for small businesses. Would I qualify for this program? All of my tax documents from last year show I was not self employed.
Also – when we last applied for insurance my husband was denied because of his weight. He has since lost a lot of weight. I’m not sure how this would impact anything but wanted to mention it.
